Anino Ng Suob
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 18, 2026 · Dulayan Theater Organization, Inc.
1. Introduction
This ticketing site (the “Service”) is operated by Dulayan Theater Organization, Inc. (“Dulayan”, “we”, “us”) to sell admission tickets to performances of Anino Ng Suob at the Pacific Mall Event Theatre, Lucena City. By purchasing a ticket or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are purchasing for other people, you confirm that they also accept these terms. Buyers under 18 should purchase and attend with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Tickets and Purchases
Tickets are General Admission electronic tickets. After payment is confirmed, each ticket is issued as a QR code shown on your order page, emailed to the address you provided, and available as a printable PDF. Each QR code admits one person to one specific performance and can be scanned only once. Keep your ticket codes private — anyone presenting a ticket first will be admitted, and a shared, lost, or duplicated ticket cannot be replaced.
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except when a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, in which case the ticket price will be refunded. Fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
Prices, including any promotional pricing (such as Early Bird or group packages), are those displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed. Unpaid online orders hold seats only for a limited time and expire automatically if payment is not completed.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. GCash, Maya, GrabPay, or card networks through our payment gateway). Your card or wallet credentials are handled by those providers under their own terms — we never receive or store them.
3. Admission and Conduct
A ticket is a revocable license to attend the performance it was issued for. Dulayan and the venue management may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who — without refund — behaves in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to the performance or other guests, or who violates venue rules.
Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Latecomers may be admitted at an appropriate break at the discretion of front-of-house staff. Re-entry after leaving the venue may not be permitted. Bags and belongings may be inspected at entry as a safety measure.
Unauthorized photography, and audio or video recording of the performance, is prohibited. Attendees may appear in official event photos or recordings used by Dulayan to document and promote its productions.
Dulayan may modify the cast, program, schedule, or seating arrangement of a performance where reasonably necessary; significant changes will be announced. Attendees assume the ordinary risks of attending a live public event.
4. Data Privacy
We collect the personal information you enter at checkout — name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) school or organization — solely to process your order, deliver your e‑tickets, manage entry at the door, and contact you about the specific performance you booked, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Your personal information is kept confidential. It will never be sold, publicized, or shared with third parties, except with our payment provider as needed to process your payment, or where required by law. We send marketing messages only if you separately opt in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, contact Dulayan Theater Organization, Inc.
5. Use of the Service
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. Buying tickets for resale at a profit (scalping), misrepresenting the Service, or interfering with its operation is prohibited. The Anino Ng Suob name, artwork, and site content belong to Dulayan and its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Service Availability and Liability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Dulayan's total liability arising from a ticket purchase or use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
